Why the location enabled service? I dont need to know where I opened my phone. Maybe if it didnt locate then none of the data could go back the app maker. I dont mean "data" as in personal but perhaps the app maker wants to sell ads on the bottom and they can use impressions as a way to prove viability. Ah..give me an option to pay. Rather you charge me for it.
